KidStrong is a private child development training center dedicated to fostering brain, physical, and character development for children from walking age through 11 years old. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children aged walking to 11 years
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain an energetic and fun attitude
  • Willingness to obtain CPR certification
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts
  • Ability to engage positively with families and staff

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for kids
  • Experience coaching children aged walking through 11 years old
  • Ability to comfortably communicate with parents and guardians
  • Energetic and engaging presence
  • Ability to mentor other coaches with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CPR certified or willingness to become certified

Job Duties

  • Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
  • Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair
  • Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills through training programs
  • Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
  • Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
  • Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
  • Coach classes, camps, movie nights, and assist with any additional center leader requests
  • Assist in community events and center initiatives
  • Participate in upkeep and maintenance of the center
