Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children aged walking to 11 years
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain an energetic and fun attitude
- Willingness to obtain CPR certification
- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Ability to engage positively with families and staff
Job Qualifications
- Passion for kids
- Experience coaching children aged walking through 11 years old
- Ability to comfortably communicate with parents and guardians
- Energetic and engaging presence
- Ability to mentor other coaches with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR certified or willingness to become certified
Job Duties
- Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
- Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair
- Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills through training programs
- Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
- Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
- Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
- Coach classes, camps, movie nights, and assist with any additional center leader requests
- Assist in community events and center initiatives
- Participate in upkeep and maintenance of the center
