Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible retail schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays
- Great listener with positive attitude
- Basic retail experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using current electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers
- Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
- Generate sales through a consultative approach
- Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity
- Encourage additional products to complete the room
- Work as a team to achieve sales goals
- Explain financing and protection plans
- Demonstrate our product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
