Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills
- customer service experience
- sales experience preferred

- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred but not required will train the right candidate
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- able to use current electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens
- positive attitude and outgoing personality

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers
- uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
- generate sales through a consultative approach
- build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity
- encourage additional products to complete the room
- work as a team to achieve sales goals
- explain financing and protection plans
- demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
