Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use modern electronic devices including tablets and touch screens
- Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Positive and outgoing personality with motivation to succeed

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers
- Uncover customer’s home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
- Generate sales through a consultative approach
- Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills, earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity
- Encourage additional products to complete the room
- Work as a team to achieve sales goals
- Explain financing and protection plans
- Demonstrate the product's value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer’s needs
