Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- able and willing to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- minimum 2 years of retail sales experience preferred but will train the right candidate
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers
- uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
- generate sales through a consultative approach
- build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal and listening skills
- encourage additional products to complete the room
- work as a team to achieve sales goals
- explain financing and protection plans
- demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
