Job Requirements
- Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work
- Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day of work
- First Aid certification
- Infant, child and adult CPR/AED certification required within first 60 days of hire

- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet, acknowledge, and interact with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Engage children in interactive activities including storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games
- Monitor and interact with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings
- Maintain operational documentation, audits, and delegate cleaning checklist and staffing
- Promote and sell Life Time Kids programs, products and services
- Complete team member evaluations, provide feedback and coaching as needed
