Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in recreation or hospitality industry
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- creativity and program development ability
- knowledge of recreational activities and equipment
- exceptional organizational skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within recreation or hospitality
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- creativity in developing recreational programs
- knowledge of various recreational activities and equipment
- exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate various recreational programs and activities
- supervise and lead the recreation team
- engage guests and team members to create a fun and memorable environment
- develop and implement innovative recreational activities
- ensure safety and compliance with recreational equipment usage
- manage scheduling and resources for recreational events
- communicate effectively with guests and staff
