Job Requirements
- 18+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certification including infant, child, and adult
- Minimum one year experience in child development or related field
- Physically fit and mentally alert
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and company software
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Engage with all children and team members in a positive and respectful manner
- Understand and coach team members on Kids Club duties and procedures
- Act as a resource for fun, age-appropriate child activities
- Manage overall member experience and handle questions and concerns
- Support families in selecting appropriate youth programming
- Assist with hiring processes and onboarding new hires
- Train Kids Club staff on operations, expectations, and child engagement
- Execute and staff monthly Parent's Night Out events
- Work varying shifts including opening, evening, and weekends
- Manage staffing to maintain appropriate child-to-staff ratios
- Monitor daily Kids Club reports on check-ins and sales
- Organize and update child and parent documentation including allergy and medical info
- Maintain desk organization and supplies
- Ensure accurate time clock entries and follow up with team
- Perform zone management ensuring brand standards and fun atmosphere
- Maintain uniform standards and coach team compliance
- Create and manage Kids Club attendant schedules
- Open and close Kids Club as necessary
- Conduct weekly supply counts and purchase within budget
- Understand fiscal goals and impact of decisions
- Attend mandatory meetings and disseminate information
- Collaborate with Regional Youth Director for team success
- Build strong relationships with members and team
- Create an inviting Kids Club atmosphere
