Job Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintained First Aid, BPT, and CPR certifications
- Minimum one year experience working with children
- Physically healthy and fit
- Literate in English and basic math
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills

Job Qualifications

- Maintained First Aid, BPT, and CPR certifications including infant, child, and adult
- Minimum one year of experience with strong understanding of child needs and development

Job Duties
- Operate 100% of the time with company purpose as the foundation for decisions and actions
- Assist and supervise children in the Kids Club while providing exemplary customer service to parents and staff
- Complete zone ownership duties including weekly zone inspections and maintaining brand clean facilities
- Submit work orders for repairs and communicate future needs
- Provide real-time verbal and written performance feedback to Kids Club Team
- Coach staff using company tools and values
- Perform 6-month and 12-month performance reviews for direct reports
- Engage all children and team members with positive, proactive, and respectful attitude
- Understand and coach all Kids Club team members in specific duties and procedures
- Act as a team resource for fun, high-energy, age-appropriate activities
- Support and handle member issues effectively
- Support hiring process including interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires
- Execute and staff monthly Parent's Night Out events
- Work mixed shifts including opening, evening, and weekends
- Organize and manage staffing schedules and maintain proper staff-to-child ratios
- Run and review daily Kids Club reports to monitor attendance and sales
- Manage child waivers, update parent and child information including allergy and medical conditions
- Maintain desk and paperwork organization and replenish supplies
- Ensure accurate Kids Club team time clock entries
- Enforce uniform standards and coach team members
- Open and close Kids Club in absence of team members
- Perform weekly supply counts and manage purchases within budget
- Understand and contribute to department fiscal and numeric goals
- Attend mandatory meetings and team-building calls with regional leadership
- Develop strong relationships with members and staff to create an inviting atmosphere
