Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Successful completion of background check
- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience desirable but not required
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Basic computer skills to manage check-in system
Job Duties
- Ensure all children checked into the Kid Check system are matched correctly with authorized guardians
- Monitor the Kid Check area to maintain safety and security standards
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Assist guests in understanding safety policies and procedures
- Handle stress and respond calmly to emergencies or unusual situations
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the Kid Check area
