Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
- Available to comply with background check and company policies

Job Duties
- Greet and check in children ensuring they leave with authorized individuals
- Monitor the safety and well-being of children in the play area
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff to maintain a secure environment
- Respond promptly to any safety concerns or emergencies
- Assist with enforcing safety rules and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized check-in/check-out area
- Provide excellent customer service with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude
