Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Successfully complete background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- Basic computer skills for using check-in systems
Job Duties
- Check children in and out using the Kid Check system
- Monitor children's safety and ensure all kids leave with authorized guardians
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the Kid Check area
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Assist with crowd control and guest inquiries
- Handle physical tasks including lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds
