Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- ability to stand for extended periods
- team-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services
- ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests
- ability to speak and receive direction in English
- experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee the 5:30 p.m. Kickback for guests through food preparation and clean-up
- ensure the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized
- ensure that food safety standards are met and supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels
- present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture
- answer guest's questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events
- ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
