Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week
- Ability to work shifts starting at or after 3 pm and ending by 9 pm or 1 am
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions in English
- Ability to maintain food safety standards
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks related to food service
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations and community
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- Warm and friendly communication skills
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Cook for the hotel’s Kickback service
- Perform Kickback bartending duties
- Support the kitchen+bar restaurant operations
- Oversee the 5:30 Kickback food preparation and clean-up
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and lobby areas
- Ensure food safety standards and stock levels are met
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 service attitude
