Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week
  • Ability to work shifts starting at or after 3 pm and ending by 9 pm or 1 am
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions in English
  • Ability to maintain food safety standards
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks related to food service

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of hotel accommodations and community
  • Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
  • Warm and friendly communication skills
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Experience in food service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Cook for the hotel’s Kickback service
  • Perform Kickback bartending duties
  • Support the kitchen+bar restaurant operations
  • Oversee the 5:30 Kickback food preparation and clean-up
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and lobby areas
  • Ensure food safety standards and stock levels are met
  • Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 service attitude
