Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Availability for 20-25 hours per week, at least 3 days
- Ability to work shifts starting at or after 3 p.m., ending at 9 p.m. or 1 a.m.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to maintain food safety and cleanliness
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a comfortable atmosphere
- Ability to speak and receive direction in English
Job Duties
- Cook for the hotel's Kickback service
- Kickback bartending
- Support the hotel's Kitchen+Bar restaurant
- Oversee food preparation and clean-up during the 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and lobby areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and adequate supply levels
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a positive attitude
