Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible part-time hours
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Positive and energetic attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services
  • Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
  • Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a relaxing atmosphere
  • Ability to speak and receive direction in English

Job Duties

  • Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and clean-up
  • Ensure kitchen and lobby areas are clean and well organized
  • Maintain food safety standards and keep supplies fully stocked at appropriate levels
  • Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture
  • Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events
  • Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude
