Job Requirements
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English
- Ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of food service area
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and local community
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory and calculate order levels
Job Duties
- Prepare the 5:30 Kickback and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain the kitchen and lobby areas clean and organized
- Assist guests with Kickback service including food preparation and clean-up
- Ensure all food safety standards are met
- Keep supplies stocked at appropriate levels
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
