Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and local community
  • Ability to conduct accurate inventory and calculate order levels

Job Duties

  • Prepare the 5:30 Kickback and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain the kitchen and lobby areas clean and organized
  • Assist guests with Kickback service including food preparation and clean-up
  • Ensure all food safety standards are met
  • Keep supplies stocked at appropriate levels
  • Provide courteous and friendly guest service
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
