Job Description

This lovely family based in Palm Beach is seeking a dedicated and experienced live-out nanny for their two young children, aged 2 years old and 8 months. The family balances an active lifestyle with frequent travel plans, including approximately 2 to 2.5 months spent during the summer in Aspen, where the nanny will take on a live-in role. Additionally, they plan a couple of 7-10 day trips to Aspen in the winter. Job Requirements

Excited for travel including spending up to 2.5 months away during the summer
Confident swimmer
Comfortable with two friendly dogs
Valid driver’s license and experience driving children
Legal to work in the US

Job Qualifications

Confident, easygoing, and warm nature
Firm but fair approach with respectful rules and boundaries
Proactive and energetic with a passion for children’s social and educational activities
High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Flexibility and ability to handle last-minute changes
Ability to speak a second language is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Full childcare of two sweet children
Enrichment in and outside the home including monitoring and encouragement of milestones
Partnering with parents to ensure best care for the children
Light housekeeping related to the children including laundry and meal preparation
Managing packing, unpacking and planning activities during travel
Maintaining tidy and organized children’s areas and belongings
Driving children and ensuring safety during transport
