Job Duties
- Serve as primary on-site point of contact for events
- Develop understanding of department policies and procedures to coordinate events
- Communicate with departments to ensure staffing and event needs are met
- Patrol and inspect the building for readiness prior to events
- Identify and manage issues during events to ensure client satisfaction
- Enforce venue rules, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with University of Louisville for NCAA game operations
