Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- Able to work multiple shifts, long hours, weekends, and holidays
- Able to move about quickly throughout the arena

Job Duties
- Serve as primary on-site point of contact for events
- Develop understanding of departmental policies and procedures to coordinate events
- Communicate with departments to inform staff of event needs
- Develop and update production notes and schedules
- Patrol and inspect building for event readiness and take corrective action
- Identify and manage issues during events to ensure excellent client service
- Enforce venue rules, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with University of Louisville for NCAA game operations
- Work with Box Office and production teams on CAD drawings for ticketed events
- Collaborate with finance to estimate production costs
- Compile and review MOD report notes and follow up on incidents
- Coordinate with first aid provider for event staffing
- Create and submit staffing plans to maintain guest services
- Prepare and present cost estimates to Finance and General Manager
- Serve as escalation point for guest inquiries and complaints
- Enforce venue security policies and ensure safety
- Provide training and guidance to guest services and security staff
