Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to maneuver safely through compact spaces
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment
- Experience in customer service, cashier, cooking, food handling, and safety standards is a bonus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or fast food is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and adhere to KFC operational standards
- Commitment to provide excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Prepare and cook food items according to KFC standards
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including dining areas and kitchens
- Follow safety and food handling regulations to ensure customer safety
- Support team members and managers in daily restaurant operations
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge
