Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk constantly during entire shifts
- Ability to maneuver through compact spaces safely while operating restaurant equipment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders accurately and courteously
- Prepare and cook food items following health and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and work areas
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions responsibly
- Follow company safety protocols and food handling procedures
- Assist in training new team members and contribute to a positive team environment
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
