Job Requirements
- must be at least sixteen years old
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects
- capability to stand and walk throughout entire shifts
- experience with customer service or fast-food restaurants is a bonus
- knowledge of safety standards and food handling practices is preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements
- prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- willingness to learn and follow instructions
- ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Job Duties
- greet and serve customers promptly and courteously
- prepare and cook food items according to KFC quality standards
- operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant and equipment
- adhere to safety and food handling guidelines
- assist in drive-thru operations and manage customer orders efficiently
- participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
