Job Requirements
- must be 16 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand walk and lift heavy objects for entire shifts
- ability to safely operate restaurant equipment
- no prior experience required but background in food service is a plus
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food handling is a plus
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow instructions and company procedures
Job Duties
- greet and assist customers with their orders
- prepare and assemble food items according to company standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- follow safety and food handling protocols
- support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- participate in training and coaching sessions to improve skills
