Job Requirements
- must be 16 years old or older
- no prior experience required but background in customer service, food handling, cash handling, safety standards or fast-food is a plus
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food handling is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
Job Duties
- prepare and serve food according to KFC standards
- provide excellent customer service and handle customer orders efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
- operate kitchen and restaurant equipment safely
- assist in cash handling and register operations
- collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals
- follow company policies and procedures
