Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Capability to maneuver safely in compact spaces
- No prior experience required but preferred background in customer service, food handling, cash handling, safety standards, or fast food
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food handling is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare and serve KFC menu items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant environment
- Handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Comply with food safety and quality regulations
- Assist with inventory and stock management
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
