Job Requirements
- must be 16 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- capacity to safely maneuver through compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment
- no prior experience required but customer service, food handling, cash handling, or fast-food experience is a plus
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous customer service or food handling experience is a plus but not mandatory
- basic math skills for cash handling
- willingness to learn and adapt
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- greet customers and take their orders accurately and efficiently
- prepare and serve food and beverages according to KFC standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and work areas
- operate cash registers and handle cash transactions safely
- follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety
- collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
- participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
