Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk constantly during shifts
- Capability to maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to adhere to restaurant safety and operational protocols
- Experience in customer service or food industry is a bonus
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required but experience in customer service, cashiering, cooking, food handling, basic math, drive-thru, safety standards, or fast-food restaurants is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Basic math skills sufficient to handle cash transactions
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service including taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items according to KFC's recipes and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and work areas
- Operate restaurant equipment safely and effectively
- Handle cash register and process transactions accurately
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
