Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects
- Capability to stand and walk constantly for entire shifts
- Ability to maneuver safely through compact spaces
- Experience with customer service, cashier, cooking, food handling, basic math, drive-thru, safety standards, and fast-food preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food handling is advantageous
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly and courteously
- Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to KFC recipes and standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in work areas
- Handle cash register operations including processing transactions and balancing cash drawers
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Participate in team training sessions and skill development coaching
- Maintain a positive, energetic attitude that supports team collaboration and customer satisfaction
