Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects
- Capacity to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to maneuver through compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment safely
- No prior experience required but helpful in customer service, cooking, cashiering, or food handling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Previous customer service or fast-food experience is a plus
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and friendly interaction with guests
- Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to KFC standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant and equipment
- Operate cash registers and manage transactions accurately
- Follow safety and quality standards in food handling
- Support team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist in drive-thru service and order fulfillment
