Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to maneuver safely through compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment
- Willingness to participate in paid training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, cashiering, cooking, or food handling is a bonus but not required
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to food safety and customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and serve KFC menu items according to company standards
- Operate kitchen and restaurant equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- Handle cash register operations and accurately process customer transactions
- Follow safety and food handling procedures
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
