Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk constantly during entire shifts
- Capability to maneuver through compact spaces safely
- Operation of restaurant equipment
- Willingness to follow safety standards and company policies
- No prior experience required but customer service or food handling experience is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Experience in customer service or fast-food environments is a bonus
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and operate restaurant equipment
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Prepare and serve food following safety and quality standards
- Handle cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Follow safety protocols and operational procedures
- Assist in stocking and inventory management
- Support teamwork and communication within the crew
