Job Duties
- Have direct ownership of the results of the team and impact the guest experience and restaurant success
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in restaurant goals related to building and developing the team, operations metrics and profitability
- Effectively communicate goals, promotions, and business updates
- Provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, a clean restaurant, and hot and fresh meals
- Lead the overall positive and collaborative family environment
- Motivate and mentor team members
- Ensure high quality food and cleanliness standards are maintained
