Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • Supervise daily operational tasks including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Train new team members and support their development
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Uphold company policies and promote a positive workplace culture
