Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • able to stand and walk throughout shifts
  • safely maneuver through compact spaces
  • operate restaurant equipment
  • at least one year supervisory experience in food service or retail

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of supervisory experience
  • experience in quick service food preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical capability to stand and walk for entire shifts and handle restaurant equipment safely
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shift team operations to deliver excellent customer service
  • oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards
  • manage staff schedules and delegate tasks efficiently
  • monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
  • support employee training and development during shifts
