Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for entire shifts
- ability to navigate compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment
- prior supervisory experience in food service or retail
- commitment to upholding company standards and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- experience in quick service restaurant environments preferred
- capability to train and mentor team members
- proficiency in maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver superior customer service
- maintain operational excellence by overseeing food safety, inventory, and cleanliness
- manage shift scheduling and staff performance
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- assist in training and development of team members
- contribute to meeting financial and sales goals
