Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years old or older
  • at least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and safely operate restaurant equipment
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service

Job Duties

  • lead and manage shift operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance
  • supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service
  • maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • manage inventory and ordering to reduce waste and optimize costs
  • handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • train new employees and support ongoing team development
  • ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
