Job Requirements
- must be 18 years old or older
- at least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and safely operate restaurant equipment
- commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service

Job Duties
- lead and manage shift operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance
- supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- manage inventory and ordering to reduce waste and optimize costs
- handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- train new employees and support ongoing team development
- ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
