Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- at least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical capability to lift and move heavy objects
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- capability to safely operate restaurant equipment
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- competency in managing team performance and training
- physical ability to stand and walk throughout shift and handle restaurant equipment safely

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company standards
- oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance
- maintain food quality and safety standards
- handle inventory and supply orders
- resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly
- ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
