Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as general manager in food service or retail environment including profit and loss responsibility preferably in quick serve restaurant
  • Managers must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects
  • Stand and walk constantly for entire shifts
  • Maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as general manager in food service or retail environment
  • Experience with profit and loss responsibility preferably in quick serve restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to coach and develop employees
  • Basic understanding of financial and inventory management
  • Willingness to uphold company culture and values

Job Duties

  • Control profitability by following cash control and security procedures
  • Maintain property inventory levels
  • Manage labor to ensure efficiency
  • Review financial reports and take appropriate actions
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
  • Coach and train all employees in operational excellence
  • Complete inventory counts every other week
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean and guest-friendly
  • Provide quality products and exceptional customer service
