Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as general manager in food service or retail environment including profit and loss responsibility preferably in quick serve restaurant
- Managers must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects
- Stand and walk constantly for entire shifts
- Maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as general manager in food service or retail environment
- Experience with profit and loss responsibility preferably in quick serve restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to coach and develop employees
- Basic understanding of financial and inventory management
- Willingness to uphold company culture and values
Job Duties
- Control profitability by following cash control and security procedures
- Maintain property inventory levels
- Manage labor to ensure efficiency
- Review financial reports and take appropriate actions
- Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
- Coach and train all employees in operational excellence
- Complete inventory counts every other week
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and guest-friendly
- Provide quality products and exceptional customer service
