Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage finances and budgets effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in fast-food or restaurant management
  • Strong understanding of business operations including cash control and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team
  • Experience with financial reporting and budgeting

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining property inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
  • Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers
  • Coach and train all employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success
  • Complete inventory counts every other week
  • Ensure the restaurant is kept clean, and the team provides an exceptional visit for the guests with friendliness and a quality product
