Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform operational duties
