Job Requirements

- Strong leadership skills

Job Duties
- Control profitability by following cash control and security procedures
- Maintain property inventory levels
- Manage labor and review financial reports
- Recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers and assistant general managers
- Coach and train all employees in operational excellence
- Complete inventory counts every other week
- Ensure the restaurant is kept clean and provides an exceptional visit for guests
