Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in fast-food or restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math and financial acumen
  • Availability to participate in training programs

Job Duties

  • Control profitability by following cash control and security procedures
  • Maintain property inventory levels
  • Manage labor and review financial reports
  • Recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers and assistant general managers
  • Coach and train all employees in operational excellence
  • Complete inventory counts every other week
  • Ensure the restaurant is kept clean and provides an exceptional visit for guests
