Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience as general manager in food service or retail environment
- Profit and loss responsibility preferably in quick serve restaurant
- Managers must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk constantly for entire shifts
- Ability to maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience as general manager in food service or retail environment
- Experience with profit and loss responsibility
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of quick serve restaurant operations
- Ability to train and develop employees
- Basic financial acumen to manage budgets and labor costs
Job Duties
- Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures
- Maintain property inventory levels
- Manage labor and review financial reports
- Recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers and assistant general managers
- Coach and train employees in operational excellence
- Complete inventory counts every other week
- Ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction with friendly service and quality products
