Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience as general manager in food service or retail environment
  • Profit and loss responsibility preferably in quick serve restaurant
  • Managers must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects
  • Ability to stand and walk constantly for entire shifts
  • Ability to maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of experience as general manager in food service or retail environment
  • Experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of quick serve restaurant operations
  • Ability to train and develop employees
  • Basic financial acumen to manage budgets and labor costs

Job Duties

  • Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures
  • Maintain property inventory levels
  • Manage labor and review financial reports
  • Recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers and assistant general managers
  • Coach and train employees in operational excellence
  • Complete inventory counts every other week
  • Ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction with friendly service and quality products
