Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum of 3 years restaurant experience preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the restaurant team to achieve operational and customer service excellence
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including inventory, scheduling, and compliance
- Ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality are consistently met
- Drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership and customer engagement
- Implement company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment
- Handle financial responsibilities such as cash handling, deposits, and budgeting
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a motivated and competent team
