Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Customer service oriented with a passion for quality food
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire the restaurant team to achieve operational and customer service excellence
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including inventory, scheduling, and compliance
  • Ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality are consistently met
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership and customer engagement
  • Implement company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment
  • Handle financial responsibilities such as cash handling, deposits, and budgeting
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a motivated and competent team
