Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- lead and motivate restaurant team to achieve business goals
- ensure excellent customer service and maintain high food quality standards
- manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and inventory control
- maintain a positive and productive work environment that aligns with company culture
- oversee financial performance including budgeting and making deposits
- implement training programs and develop team members
- address and resolve customer and employee concerns promptly
