Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Restaurant management experience preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to commit to full-time schedule
- Strong desire to learn and grow

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the restaurant team to ensure high performance
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of food quality and hospitality
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, sales tracking, and cost control
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Motivate and develop employees through training and coaching
- Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, payroll, and deposits
