Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Restaurant management experience preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Ability to commit to full-time schedule
  • Strong desire to learn and grow
  • Bi-weekly availability

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to ensure high performance
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of food quality and hospitality
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting, sales tracking, and cost control
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Motivate and develop employees through training and coaching
  • Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, payroll, and deposits
