Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to commit to full-time work

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant team members to achieve operational excellence
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and financial performance
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service are consistently met
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively to maintain compliance and efficiency
- Oversee cash handling processes including making deposits and financial reporting
- Drive business growth by enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing restaurant performance
