Job Qualifications

  • proven leadership experience preferably in restaurant or retail management

  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and customer service
  • lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team to meet performance goals
  • ensure the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences
  • maintain health and safety standards and comply with regulatory requirements
  • oversee inventory management, ordering, and budgeting
  • handle administrative tasks such as financial reporting and scheduling
  • foster a positive work culture with emphasis on teamwork and employee engagement
