Job Requirements

  • Arrive at work on time
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Follow procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment including fryers and ovens
  • Regular access to personal vehicle
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
  • Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
  • Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift
  • Follow KFC cash handling safety and security procedures
  • Adhere to KFC and City/State/United States safety requirements
  • Knowledge of and compliance with KFC's Human Resources policies and processes

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or a leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to coach and develop team members
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
  • Ability to analyze and respond to business performance data
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive team culture

Job Duties

  • Shape the culture of the restaurant
  • Build the capability of the team
  • Run great shifts effectively
  • Partner with Restaurant General Manager to improve restaurant operations
  • Coach and mentor team members using EARS Model
  • Monitor and manage financial performance including cost controls
  • Ensure staffing levels to support sales growth
  • Implement restaurant plans and marketing initiatives
  • Promote safety and operational compliance
  • Recognize and reward outstanding employee performance
