Job Requirements
- Arrive at work on time
- Flexible scheduling
- Follow procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment including fryers and ovens
- Regular access to personal vehicle
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
- Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
- Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift
- Follow KFC cash handling safety and security procedures
- Adhere to KFC and City/State/United States safety requirements
- Knowledge of and compliance with KFC's Human Resources policies and processes

Job Duties
- Shape the culture of the restaurant
- Build the capability of the team
- Run great shifts effectively
- Partner with Restaurant General Manager to improve restaurant operations
- Coach and mentor team members using EARS Model
- Monitor and manage financial performance including cost controls
- Ensure staffing levels to support sales growth
- Implement restaurant plans and marketing initiatives
- Promote safety and operational compliance
- Recognize and reward outstanding employee performance
