Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation (not public transportation)
- strong desire to learn and grow
- natural leadership ability
- energetic and motivational personality
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- experience in restaurant or retail management preferred but not required
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- assist the restaurant general manager in overseeing daily operations
- lead and motivate the team to ensure excellent customer service
- maintain high standards for food quality and cleanliness
- manage inventory and perform necessary financial tasks including making deposits
- create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth
- handle customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- implement company policies and procedures diligently
